Ready Stock and Custom Development
Buyers can select from more than 1,000 ready-stock SKUs. Actual stock, color, size and dispatch quantity are confirmed at the time of inquiry.
BOYA supports zero-MOQ sourcing and a free-sample policy for eligible items. Sample scope, quantity, freight and any custom-development cost are confirmed for each project before dispatch.
Custom production commonly takes 10โ20 days after the specification, material, sample and packaging details are approved. The final schedule depends on material availability, order quantity and process complexity.
Production Resources
Our production network combines more than 100 in-house machines with approximately 80 partner weaving machines. These are different capacity sources and are stated separately so buyers can evaluate the production route accurately.
Available processes include sewing and edge binding, ultrasonic cutting, decorative fringe, printing, embroidery, jacquard development, logo customization and vacuum-compressed packaging.
Functional Construction Options
Depending on the product structure and intended use, projects may include laminated non-slip backing, anti-slip dot coating, waterproof construction and cat-scratch-resistant development. A process name is not a universal performance promise. The applicable material, construction, sample and test method should be confirmed for the exact SKU and destination market.
