The Facility

Located in Haining, Zhejiang — China’s textile capital — our factory is purpose-built for soft home textile manufacturing.

Production Walkthrough

1. Raw Material Warehouse

Every fabric roll enters through our inspection station. We check GSM weight, color consistency, stretch and recovery, and OEKO-TEX compliance.

2. Cutting Floor

Computer-guided cutting tables and skilled hand-cutters work side by side. Pattern optimization minimizes fabric waste (less than 3% waste rate).

3. Sewing and Assembly

Four dedicated production lines: Stretch covers, Jacquard and seersucker, Cushion covers and bench pads, OEM/custom orders. Each line has 15-20 operators with a supervisor and QC inspector.

4. Quality Control Station

Every piece passes through: visual inspection, measurement check (±1cm tolerance), stretch test, pull test on seams and closures, label verification. Defect rate target under 0.5%. Actual: 0.3% average.

5. Packing and Warehouse

Individual polybag packing, branded packaging available for OEM, carton labeling with barcode and destination, palletized for container loading. 2,000 m² finished goods warehouse.

Visit Us

We welcome factory visits. A visit includes: full production floor tour (1-1.5 hours), sample room review, meeting with production manager and QC team, lunch (our treat).
