Printing
Develop printed patterns and colorways for compatible materials. Artwork repeat, color reference, printing route and final appearance are approved during development.
Embroidery
Add decorative embroidery after confirming artwork, stitch area, thread colors, base fabric, backing requirements and care expectations.
Jacquard weaving
Create woven-in patterns and textured structures for suitable sofa-textile programs. Yarn, repeat, color plan and order scale are assessed before development.
Laminated anti-slip backing
Combine the face textile with a suitable anti-slip backing where the product construction and target sofa surface support the application.
Anti-slip dot coating
Apply dot-pattern grip treatment to compatible products. Grip should be evaluated with the target surface, pad dimensions, installation and household use conditions.
Waterproof construction
Develop waterproof or water-resistant structures according to the required barrier method and test scope. The claim must be verified for the final SKU.
Cat-scratch-resistant construction
Evaluate tighter or more suitable surface constructions for homes with cats. Scratch resistance is use- and construction-dependent and should not be described as indestructible.

What is the MOQ for custom development?
MOQ is confirmed after the product, material, process, size, color, packaging and production route are defined. Eligible stock-based trials and newly developed constructions can have different requirements.
