Stage 1: Specification (Days 1-3)

Send us product type, target dimensions, fabric preference, color (Pantone code), quantity, packaging needs, and target FOB price. The more detailed your spec, the faster we can quote accurately.

Stage 2: Fabric Sourcing and Quoting (Days 3-7)

We source 2-3 fabric options, calculate material consumption per unit, estimate labor time, provide detailed quotation.

Stage 3: Sample Development (Days 7-14)

Pattern making → first sample → internal QC → sample sent via DHL/FedEx. Sample fee: \$30-80. 100% refundable on orders over 500 pcs.

Stage 4: Sample Approval (Days 14-21)

You evaluate fabric feel, color match, fit, stitching quality. 1-2 revisions typical.

Stage 5: Bulk Production (15-25 Days)

Fabric ordered → cutting → sewing → mid-production QC → final 100% inspection → packing. Real-time updates via WhatsApp.

Stage 6: Shipping

Sea freight: 15-35 days (orders 500+ pcs). Air freight: 5-7 days (samples, urgent).

Total: 45-88 days from first contact to goods in hand.
